Wagstaff Interiors Group appointed Effect Joinery as principal contractor for a commercial interior fit-out in St Helens. We held responsibility for managing and coordinating every site trade — programme delivery, quality standards and health and safety compliance across the whole project.

Programme delays at main-client level, before our works started, left a significantly compressed delivery window for the same scope.
We reviewed and reworked the programme to fit the shorter period, then recovered the lost time through tight trade coordination, resequencing of works and proactive site management — without lowering quality or safety standards.
Every site manager on the job was SMSTS qualified. Project-specific risk assessments and method statements were prepared and implemented for the works, with ongoing supervision and inspections to keep health, safety and quality standards in check throughout.
